Andrew Hammer, Executive Director presents,

"The purpose of war is not to kill, but to die."

The purpose of warfare is to produce dead bodies, then to honor dead soldiers for having been willing to die. Warfare exists as a testimonial to the greatness of one's nation, which "lives on" as long as people continue to die in its name."

THE HAMMER

THE PURPOSE OF WAR IS NOT TO KILL, BUT TO CAUSE PEOPLE TO DIE. When soldiers die, this allows human beings (members of nation-states) to build memorials honoring the dead.

The deaths of soldiers and memorials built to honor dead soldiers proves the existence of one's nation-state and demonstrates how devoted people are to their nation-state.
