THEOREM #4: Shoveling bodies into the Furance
Richard Koenigsberg

Harry Pearson described the First World War as the "shoveling of warm human hearts and bodies into the Furnace." This was an excellent metaphor, which Hitler embraced. In the Holocaust, Jews would literally be thrown into furnaces. The Holocaust was a replication of the First World War, with Jews substituting for (German) soldiers.

Hitler's thinking: "Do unto others as had been done unto you."
