Hitler believed Germany was an actual body (politic) that had the potential to live forever. But within this body was the Jew, a disease whose continued presence would lead to the death of the nation.

Killing Jews (the Holocaust) was the result of Hitler's phantasy that he could kill the source of death (the Jewish cancer), thus enabling Germany to live forever.
