Political violence (warfare) has nothing to do with the  “aggressivity” of individuals. Soldiers are compelled to die & kill…by the state. The is no evidence to support the evolutionary psychological view that warfare is rooted in our genetic make-up.

Warfare is a sociologically (or anthropologically) structured event. Men die and kill because their societies (e. g., the state) ask--or compel--them to do so).
