KNOWING NOTHING

"Living Space in the East"

If you say that Hitler attacked the Soviet Union in June 1941 because Germany needed "living space in the East," you know nothing. This statement is a tautology, historians mimicking Hitler and then mimicking each other.

As if this statement "explains" the murder of tens-of-millions of people. As if there is a natural desire for nations to desire more "living space" and to seek to conquer other nations and kill millions of people to obtain this space.

Start with the assumption that you know nothing. Begin again.
