Simplifying Your Participation in our Book Exhibits

Many of you have asked if it is possible to participate in LIBRARY OF SOCIAL SCIENCE's book exhibits on the basis of an ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION PLAN. We are happy to tell you that we now are able to offer this plan, which will enable publishers to participate in AS MANY OF OUR 2009 BOOK EXHIBITS AS YOU WISH for a single, flat fee.

  1. THE BEST CONFERENCES in the fields of history, anthropology, sociology, psychology, and cultural studies. We select events in fast-moving, cutting-edge fields that attract influential audiences featuring high-profile speakers. These events are attended by prominent scholars and professionals seeking texts for their classes, publications for their research, and books for use in their practice.
  2. THE BEST ONSITE DISPLAYS. We obtain premium space at the heart of the conference site. Our displays consist of a minimum of ten tables, and sometimes up to thirty tables, thus permitting us to present a comprehensive collection of the most significant titles on the conference theme--from the best publishers in the world. Attendees often are stunned by the quality of our exhibits, which become (in many cases, year after year) a featured component of the conference.
  3. PROVIDING RESEARCH ON YOUR AUTHORS AND TITLES. We will continue to notify you when we learn that one of your authors is speaking at a conference, and to research your catalog to select and suggest appropriate titles for each meeting. Several of our staff members have advanced degrees in social science--we are experts in this field.
